There is an immediate need for the publication of Gabbriella’s first cookbook—which is complete, it just needs illustration; although there is already merchandise created, there is a need for increase in production to keep up with the high demand for GabbytheBaker merchandise and prevent falling behind in shipments;

better quality supplies for catering requiring travel or portability—i.e. portable burner/oven, food storage bins, tent, tables, etc.—are necessary for vendor events, charity events, and private catering affairs. The target goal is $25,000.
